The Ritz & Co. is a boutique house of beauty, originally launched in the heart of Rochester’s Park Avenue scene. Founded in December 2021 by Kelsey Ritz D’Angelo, the salon was created with a vision of elevated, feel-good beauty in a space that’s both luxe and welcoming. Since then, The Ritz & Co. has moved to a new location designed to offer a more convenient and seamless appointment experience for every client.

Kelsey has been behind the chair since 2009 and a salon owner since 2021. With a lifelong love for all things hair, she brings passion, creativity, and intention to every client who sits in her chair. For Kelsey, it’s more than just great hair—her clients are her people, and the connection she builds with each one is at the heart of everything she does.
